Memorial Park Trails

Just because Cigna Sunday Streets is on break for summer doesn't mean you have to stay indoors. With over 30 miles of well trafficked trails that are great for hiking, walking, and mountain biking. Easy enough for kids and perfect for getting them into nature.

We know a lot of you are getting outside because of #pokemonGo. Instead of wandering around on foot check out one of the many Houston B-Cycle stations and the connecting bike routes.

It's a better way of catching and hatching Pokemon. (No ceiling fans required) bit.ly/29zbJ16

Houston Stands With Orlando, City Hall Vigil

June 15, 2016, 7:30pm - June 15, 2016, 8:30pm

In the early hours of Saturday, June 11, we experienced the worse mass shooting in U.S. history in Orlando, Florida. Not only was this an attack on the country, it was a targeted attack directed at the LGBT community. In honor of the 49 lives lost, please join Mayor Sylvester Turner for a public candlelight vigil at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at City Hall.
